Admissions
For forty -six years,
Archbishop Rummel High School has been the source of quality
Catholic education for the people of East Jefferson and the
surrounding New Orleans area. As an archdiocesan boys'
Catholic secondary school for grades 8 through 12,
Archbishop Rummel is dedicated to providing an exemplary
educational experience with a caring Christian environment.
This experience is aimed at fully developing the spiritual,
intellectual, creative, athletic and social maturity of each
student in light of the Gospel and the traditions of the
Roman Catholic Church. Archbishop Rummel High School strives
to develop within each student a sense of purpose, a love of
God, self and others and a strong respect for life.
The school offers an outstanding
Raider-for-a-Day
program for prospective students.
Raider-for-a-Day
dates are decided after the Admissions Office gets grammar
school fair holidays from the respective grammar schools.
The
Admissions Office is open each day from August through June,
from 7 AM to 4 PM.
