EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW...
It is of the utmost importance that our parents and
students be reminded of how information is disseminated and
where/how to turn in important forms and payments.
• Our main flow of information is the newsletter and website Please read it and
post calendars where you and your child can both make use of them.
Extra copies of calendars are available in the Information Foyers of ACHS and ARHS and on the website.
• The doors of the band room and website are used for posting
schedule changes, and other information that may have changed since
the printing of the newsletter.
• The wall of the band room foyer (left side of band room porch,
ARHS; right side of band room, ACHS) contains several plastic bins.
These bins contain extra copies of calendars, forms from the band
department, maps for away competitions/games etc. We call this the
“Information Foyer”. Take the time to familiarize yourself with what
is available here.
• The most used, designated location for turning in forms/payments
etc. is the Band Booster Box @ ARHS. This is a heavy, wooden box
located on the wall inside the band room to the right. If instructed
to place something in the Directors’ box, this is a wooden box
located inside the band room, in front of the Directors’ Office
door. |
