Jazz Workshop

This ensemble meets once a week in the afternoons from 3-5 PM during the spring semester only and is open to any member of the Honors Advanced Band Winds/Honors Advanced Band Percussion and Intermediate Band classes who meets the audition requirements. Auditions are held in conjunction with jazz band auditions. The jazz workshop performs for the spring concert and jazz festivals. This beginning level jazz ensemble will teach the fundamentals of jazz along with improving music reading and basic jazz theory skills. All music classes are held in the Christopher Segari Memorial Music Building.
