Parish Council Chair, John Young, addresses the Wednesday night
meeting of our Parents' Club. In introducing Mr. Young, Mr. Begg
thanked him for his help in getting the Transition School cleared
for opening after Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Young spoke to the
gathering about "The State of the Parish."
