River Parishes Chemical Industry Honors
At the 37th Annual Awards Luncheon of the River Parishes Chemical Industry Council the following awards were presented. Aaron Kennedy was awarded a plaque and $25 as runner-up in an essay contest (junior division). Matthew Fury was awarded a plaque and $25 as runner-up in the senior division contest. Ryan Tortorich was awarded a plaque and $100 for placing second in the chemistry test. Paul Scanlon received the Anthony Monica Scholarship for university students in the amount of $750.
