Barry Ranshi '02
The Web Crew recently received this letter from Barry Ranshi and wanted to share it with all of you. We waited until Barry could send us the photo we requested.
"Hello, my name is Barry S. Ranshi c/o '02. Having
graduated from UNO in December of '05 and having been
accepted to Loyola New Orleans School of Law for fall
2006, I must say that if it weren't for my experience
at Rummel High School, none of that would have been
possible. From Mr. Ferry's depressingly agonizing
term papers to Coach Schneider's unpredictable exams,
these barriers gave me determination, stamina, and
with that came the ability to succeed. Playing for
football Coach Jay Roth gave me the 'never quit'
mentality. And up to this point, everything that
Archbishop Rummel strove to teach has come true. Words
cannot express the gratitude that I feel for
Archbishop Rummel. Thanks so much for my unforgettable
4 year experience! And though I'm no longer a student,
I'll always be a Raider!"
