Class Level Meetings

Class level meetings were held with seniors and juniors Wednesday in the Raider Room.  Mr. Michael Begg, President, thanked the students for their cooperation during the $600,000 classroom renovation project recently completed.  Mr. Michael Scalco, Principal, announced changes for the second semester including the addition of Mr. Thomas Moran as Disciplinarian.  Mr. Moran spoke to the students about the power of character and how their success will be determined by attitude and conduct.  Sophomores, freshmen, and 8th graders will gather for meetings on Thursday.

The Third Quarter Driver Education course will begin on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. The registration forms for the Third Quarter Driver Education course are available at the receptionist desk from Mrs. Sandy Jung, Mrs. Pam Davis, or can be downloaded from our website at www.rummelraiders.com. The Archbishop Rummel Driver Education course is open to all students who meet the age requirements indicated on the registration form.

Reminder for senior parents:  We will be having a Financial aid/TOPS meeting for Senior Parents on Jan. 17th at 6:00 PM. in the Raider Room.  The meeting should last about an hour and a representative from the Louisiana office of student financial assistance will be presenting.
