Merry Christmas from the Parent Booster Board

The Parent Booster Board had its December meeting Wednesday night.  They discussed the Web site features including the Parents link which provides the advantage of having everything a parent needs accessible in one place.

The Archbishop Rummel Parent Booster Club was acknowledged by the Council of Catholic School Co-operative Clubs (CCSCC) at their Christmas luncheon last week.  Our Parent Booster Club received the Tri-Color ribbon.  The CCSCC Tri-Color ribbon is the highest award given to a school co-operative club for the Publicity Scrapbook Award.

Principal's December message

Mr. Ferry's 9th grade Religion classes presented projects based on the books of Genesis and Exodus in class today.  The students worked in groups and had the option of producing a model, a children's storybook, or a newspaper based on events in those books.  Some of the groups went above and beyond.  Notable projects were two beautiful replicas of the Ark of the Covenant, one the actual size of the historical Ark and one incredibly detailed Ark.  Both contained the tablets of the Ten Commandments.  The students have enjoyed seeing the talent of their classmates on display.  Click here to see all the projects.
