DRESS CODE FOR SEMI FORMAL DANCES

 

- Ladies must wear appropriate long or short semi formal dresses: modest necklines, strapless dresses must be very modest, no bare-back, no backs lower than the traditional bra line, no cut-outs below the traditional bra line, no cold shoulder (one shoulder without a strap), no transparent fabrics without appropriate under garments (camisole or slip), hemlines no shorter than 3” above knee.  Modesty is the most important part of this dress code.

-Men must wear dress shoes, socks, suit or coat and dress slacks, including appropriate ties.  No string ties, no banded collars.

BOTH:   No one who is dressed inappropriately will be allowed into the dance.  Students may not enter the dance with props, accessories, knapsacks, book bags, or glow sticks etc…
