Operation HeadStart is an organization at Archbishop Rummel High School that works in cooperation with the Westbank Headstart School in Marrero. HeadStart is a federally funded program for pre-kindergarten children considered to be "at-risk" because of social or economical hardships. They learn basic skills to prevent their falling behind as they enter kindergarten.
