The purpose of the Latin
Club is to complement the present French and Spanish
Club program, to foster and increase an appreciation
of the Latin language and ancient Roman culture, to
foster and increase an appreciation and love of the
Catholic Church's tradition of singing God's praises
in the Latin language, and to afford students who
are taking Latin to complement classroom work with
out of class activities.

Mr.
Bernard Suhor is the moderator of the wonderful
Latin Club. The first meeting of the 2002-2003
school year was very successful.

Latin Club is the only club where
the "Pater Noster" and "Veni, Veni Rotunda" are
sung. Students are also provided with refreshments
and food, and most importantly, the Latin Heritage
and Christian values of Latin instructor Mr. Bernard
Suhor, a multi-talented Renaissance man.
