Award's Night

• Monday, May 14, 2011

• Location - Raider Gym

• Time - 6:00 PM

• All students are required to attend or forfeit his/her award(s)

• Attire for Gentlemen
  Slacks, Shirts, Ties, Shoes Polished and clean shaven
  No flip flops, tennis shoes or jeans

• Attire for Ladies
  Dress of Chapelle Regulation Length or Skirt Blouse combination
  No flip flops, tennis shoes or jeans

• It is the policy of the Rummel Band Program that you must be present to receive your award.
  Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case by case basis.

• ALL students must have ALL fees paid prior to awards night

• ANY student with a below "C" average grade will NOT be eligible to receive his or her award.

• Jacket Policy
  All students that have completed two years of the band program, and have received a "C" or better will receive his/her Letter.  If that student is continuing in the program for the following year, he/she will also receive his/her letterman jacket.
