Student Life
Archbishop Rummel High School believes that extra-curricular
activities give students opportunities to model the
LaSallian charisms of faith, community, and service. The
school offers an extensive program of co-curricular
activities that are designed to help students grow
spiritually, as well as to foster social awareness, talents,
and leadership skills.
All activities appeal to the
interests and needs of the student body. In keeping with the
school’s Mission Statement, students are encouraged to
participate in extra-curricular activities in order to
develop and share their unique talents. New students on
campus will find participation in these activities as an
excellent way to meet new students so they will feel a part
of the school community. These after-school activities are
numerous and varied and include academic activities and
projects, fine arts work, literary outlets, and community
service projects. The school encourages all students to
participate in at least one extra-curricular activity. To
become a member of any organization, a student must contact
the moderator or coach of that group.
Many of the extra-curricular
clubs and organizations award letters and jackets to
qualifying members.
