Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. He enjoys golf, fishing, biking
and jogging.

Information:
Mr. Schneider attended Jesuit
High School, class of 1963, where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He
went to Tulane University on a baseball scholarship and graduated with
at BA in 1968. He taught and coached at St. Charles Borromeo High School
in Destrehan for 3 years. He began his career at Rummel as a teacher and
head baseball coach in 1971 and while here has taught English, Social
Studies, PE, and Driver Education. Mr. Schneider coached the state championship
baseball team in 1995. HE was selected Met4ro Coach of the Year 5 times,
State of Louisiana 4 times, Southeast U.S. Coach of the Year once. He
has been elected to the Archbishop Rummel High School Athletic Hall of
Fame
