Congratulations to Raider Alumnus and Spanish teacher Mr. Joel Neill '03! Mr. Neill is being featured in New Orleans City Business Magazine in their "Ones to Watch in Education" section. Mr. Neill has been teaching ten years, going into his eleventh year at Archbishop Rummel. He also sponsors several clubs, including ping pong, fooseball, and video gaming. He received his bachelor of science degree in psychology from LSU before becoming an educator. To quote one of our own students, Michael McLaughlin '18 says, "Señor Neill's class was always fun and engaging; there was never a dull moment in the classroom. His personality is one of a kind; the way he jokes with his students and how he relates to us really makes him stand out as a teacher. One thing that makes him who he is, is his passion for teaching. I hope one day to be as passionate for my career as Señor Neill."
“Do not have any anxiety about the future. Leave everything in God’s hands for he will take care of you.” (Letter 101—to an unnamed Brother)
