Archbishop Rummel’s Homecoming has evolved into a weekend celebration. Known as “Return to Severn,” the homecoming events begin on Friday evening with fun-filled activities for Raider families and students. Friday night’s events close with a traditional bonfire lit by the football team captains.
On Saturday the newest members of the Raider Athletic Hall of Fame are honored at a reception for them and their families. After that reception, the Homecoming Court and their alumni escorts are presented at halftime of the Raider football game. That evening the Raider students enjoy their traditional Homecoming Dance that caps off the two days of festivities.
