On the last days for this service summit with the Operation HeadStart members and their directors, the group took a tour of the Los Angeles/ Hollywood area, including seeing the Sunset Strip, Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater, the Hollywood Sign, Greystone Park, and Rodeo Drive. The summit concluded with a trip to the Universal Studios in Burbank along with dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe in the CityWalk. Eduardo Ortiz ’00, an alumni member of Operation HeadStart and acting in Los Angeles, joined the group for dinner at the Hard Rock and lunch at Del Taco before their departure. Special thanks to Eduardo Ortiz ’00 and Lacey James for their hospitality and Brandon Birr, Director of Liturgical Ministries, at LaSalle High School in Pasadena for his help in planning and helping in the trip.
