Leading the Krewe of Okeanos parade on Sunday morning was the Raider Marching Band. The Raiders do not usually march in New Orleans Mardi Gras parades because of so many Metairie parade requests, but band officials made an exception for Okeanos because of numerous alums in the parade. The band and Chapellettes marched in nice weather and were greeted enthusiastically by large crowds all along the parade route.
