Parent to Parent

Pre-Prom Workshop

All parents of Catholic High School students are invited

7:30-9:30 pm Wednesday, April 16, 2008

Mt. Carmel Academy Cafeteria

(enter parking lot from Louisville or Walker Streets)

Good kids don’t always make good decisions. On prom night, with excitement and emotions high, our teens are even more at risk of making dangerous, life-altering decisions, especially under the influence of drugs including alcohol. Join with parents of other area Catholic High students to be empowered to be the parents our teens need us to be. Involved, informed parents are the key to keeping our kids safe and this night memorable for all the right reasons.

A parent with Wisdom, Love and Courage is the greatest

(Bill Oliver -developer of the Parent to Parent Program)

It is a mistake to think that teen alcohol and drug use is unrelated to premature, promiscuous sex and violence. It is not. Where you find the one, you find the other. They are linked.                                   (Bill Oliver)
