Archbishop Rummel High School is in the beginning stages of developing a Strategic Growth Plan for the future.

An Executive Committee and a Steering Committee of school leaders are guiding this planning process.  We will focus on four major areas:

Mission and Catholic Identity
Governance and Leadership
Academic Excellence
Operational Vitality

Within each area, we are building Planning Area Teams that will have particular areas of focus for the school.  Because of your gifts, experiences, and relationship with Archbishop Rummel High School, we invite you today to participate in this exciting process.

The Planning Area Teams will have four monthly workshops from December 2025 thru March 2026.  The first workshop will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.  Following the fourth workshop, we plan to hold a wider community event on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to engage additional community representatives and leaders in developing our plan for the future.

The dates and times of all workshops and the Convocation are as follows:
Workshop # 1: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 – 6:00 PM
Workshop # 2: Wednesday, January 7, 2026 – 6:00 PM
Workshop # 3: Tuesday, February 3, 2026 – 6:00 PM
Workshop # 4: Tuesday, March 3, 2026 – 6:00 PM
Convocation: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 – 6:00 PM
