Tuition and Registration Letter to Parents February 2026

***Important Notice***
​Registration and tuition are paid through FACTS. 
Please read carefully for instructions on how to enroll and pay registration and tuition:
This process is required for all students who will attend Archbishop Rummel High School for the 2026-2027 school year. That includes current students and new students. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will be asked to either add or confirm information that is already in the system. There are forms and policies that you must acknowledge. You may save your progress at any point if you need to quit and come back later. One of the final steps involves paying for registration and tuition or setting up a payment plan for both charges.

The enrollment process will take place using our FACTS management system. This is the same system that parents use to check student grades. Therefore, if you are the parent of a current student or if you had a son who graduated from Rummel in the last five years, then you will simply log into FACTS using the same username and password that you use to check grades. You will then press Apply/Enroll on the left hand side of the screen followed by Enrollment/Reenrollment.

If you do not have a son currently at Rummel or do not have a son who graduated within the last five years, then you will need to create a new FACTS Family Online account. The instructions can be found below:
  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com.  
  • Click Log in Here at the top of the page.
  • Select Family Portal Login on the left hand side of the screen
  • Enter ARHS-LA into the District Code field then press the Create Account button. 
  • Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school. 
  • Click the Create Account button. 
  • You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours. 
  • Please click on the link within the email. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm field. 
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button. 
  • Close the window. 
  • Go back to www.factsmgt.com and log in with your newly created account credentials.
